Prince Edward Island (PEI) has invited 114 candidates in its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw conducted on May 21, 2026.
The invitations were issued through the Labour Impact and PEI Express Entry pathways, with the province focusing on candidates working in occupations and sectors facing labour shortages.
PEI also gave preference to international student graduates from:
- University of Prince Edward Island
- Holland College
- Collège de l’Île
The province has now conducted five immigration draws in 2026 and issued a total of 477 invitations so far this year.

Prince Edward Island continues to follow its previously announced draw schedule for 2026. The next expected PEI draws may take place on June 18 and July 16, although the province states that these dates are tentative.
Candidates interested in immigrating through the PEI PNP must create an online profile and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). The province evaluates applicants based on education, language ability, work experience, and their ability to meet local labour market needs.
After receiving a provincial nomination, selected candidates can apply for permanent residence in Canada through the federal immigration system.
